This is an interesting piece with historical weight and scientific timeliness; I especially enjoyed learning about the gut microbiome and the vagus nerve. But it did leave me wondering about concrete takeaways. What do you want your readers to know about food properties? In what ways is My Plate inaccurate, and how could it be better? How should we change our choices at the grocery store? A summary section at the end would help immensely. 😊
