Measles then vs now, quoting "Big Sister":

"I got the measles in the early 60s as an infant when my eldest sister started first grade. She brought it home from school and gave to all four younger siblings, I was the youngest. I had another brother born 3 years later that didn't get the measles until he started school in the late 60s.

Back in the 60s mothers would have measles parties where they would all get together at the home of a child that had the measles to intentionally expose their children to the measles so they could get it over with. I don't remember anyone who ever died from it. Dying from it is rare and usually only with people or children with comorbidities or who are already immune compromised."

They made measles all scary now to fearmonger for vaccines...

It was a rite of passage and nothing to fear.

Excellent report. So much ado about nothing. The people creating this stupid scare and the media who spread it about like butter on toast need to be exposed for what they are - opportunists who will do anything to make a quick buck…. Or a billion!!
